I have Zigma tel China mobile. It dont have IMEI numers for dual sim. Please help me to activate the imei no. and let my mobile phone works successfully.

I got imei No implant done for two sim mobile E71.through the GII implant programme, well before the last date 30 Nov 09. I paid Rs 400.00 got two imei Nos starting from 98………. Actual imei Nos stsrt with 35……. . .My Chinese E 71 never worked ! subsequently the Mobile Store washed its hands off saying the GII program by ICA and govt is over. Nothing can be done.

Any option ?
