I have paid Rs.48 and requested for GPRS. The settings have come to my phone but am not able to save it( No Option) am not able to contact cust,care officer.Let me know how to activate Internet on my mobile.

TATA DOCOMO most pathetic service i have ever experience.
If u buy this service TATA docomo will make u cry. If u recharge then automatically after 2-3 days ur account will be deducted for no reason and when u call Customer Care and ask the reason for deduction they will make u confuse by saying u have activated this service, games pack, or else u have visited some sexy link which ur hand set not even supports.

This customer care agents from DOCOMO don’t even know the process. you call CC 4 times and every time u will get different reasons for ur deductions.

DOCOMO really sucks and makes there customer pissed off.
Not at all good service. PATHETIC, WORST, VERY VERY BAD service they will just make ur pockets empty by making u recharge again n again.

When u use TATA DOCOMO net it always gets disconnect.

I think TATA is making money just by offering WORST service and deducting ur phone .
balance for no reason.

customer care executive doesn’t sort out the problem
instead of dat dey create more problem….
They will keep ur call on hold for 35-45 mins and then call will be disconnected.
This is not once or twice but always…….. every time u make call they will keep ur call on hold for long time…….

WORST………….. phone service nd Customer service as well.

This service will really make u cry..

i got 1 problem of net speed i m using a dongle of idea net setter with sim of tata docomo. b4 a gave speed 3.6mbp/s but now i got 128kbp/s only can u please told about how to increase my speed?
