But if you are currently an Airtel customer who wish to keep your number and not using any special recharge vouchers for reduced call rates, then freedom pay per second plan exactly suites your needs .
Airtel Freedom plan would a great relief of Airtel customers who are spending around 60 RS per month for reduced call rates. Other than reduced call rates there is the advantage of pay as you go .

All Airtel to Airtel calls will be charged per second ( Remember its just the same 60 paisa per minute).
Airtel to other network calls will be charged with 1.2 paisa per second . So that’s around 72 paisa for one minute.
Roaming ,ISD, SMS, MMS and other value added services in Airtel Freedom plan are just the same(per minute pulse) as the existing tariff plan of the customer .
You are not advised to shift to Freedom plan if you are using Airtel advantage plan or some other special recharge vouchers . Because in this case will loose your present offers and benefits. Also you cannot recharge your phone with special recharge vouchers after activating per second plans, unless otherwise notified.
Airtel Freedom pay per second plan tariff vouchers are different for different circles . New and existing customers have slight variation in RVC price rate. Charges start form 64 RS to a maximum of 99 RS . Just call 121 to know more about the Freedom RVC available at your location.
The per second pulse plans are becoming a trend in Indian telecom Industry. Even TRAI had insisted telecom companies to introduce per second plans. Anyway we will have thank Tata Docomo for forcing other Indian telecom networks to introduce second pulse plans for their customers .
